This therapy group is a place for adults ages 25+ in the beginning stages of their gender exploration (in years 0-3 of gender exploration ) to discuss their experiences and build community.

Join us at Full Spectrum Therapy for a journey of self-discovery and connection. Weekly sessions for trans adults ages 30-50 to discuss gender and mental health in a supportive community. Your space to process and thrive together!
Weekly Meetings: Thursdays, 6-7:30 PM.
Start Date: October 3, 2024 (No sessions on federal holidays).
Fees: $150/month (Sliding scale available). OHP Accepted.
